U roku od 3 dana sam u ovoj prodavnici ostavio preko 100.000 dinara, a za molbu za malo razumevanja dobio sam odgovor da sledeci put bolje razmislim kad kupujem. U sredu sam kupio jaknu, pantalone i jos neku dodatnu opremu. U petak popodne sam dosao po kacigu koju sam na kraju izabrao uz pomoc prodavca i uz ciju vrlo direktnu sugestiju sam izabrao velicinu iako nisam bio siguran da je prava ali sam poverovao njegovom sudu i iskustvu. Isti dan tj vece sam uzeo da probam kacigu i vrlo brzo se ispotavilo da mi je mala. U subotu ujutru sam odmah otisao da je zamenim, a od prodavca sam dobio odgovor da ne moze zastitna oprema da se menja jer tako propisuje zakon. Ok, razumem naravno i ima smisla ali ti ljudi su me videli u njihovoj radnji nekoliko puta u toku te nedelje, njihov kolega mi je direktno sugerisao da mi je velicina dobra iako ni sam nisam bio siguran, a proteklo je ne vise od 14, 15 sati od trenutka kupovine. Pritom, naravno da svako od nas ume da proceni osobe da li je prevarant, lopov, lazov ili je stvarno pogresio u proceni. Cak mi je prodavac rekao kako on ne moze da zna da li sam ja u tih 15 sati pao i polomio kacigu tako da ona nema spoljno vec samo unutasnje ostecenje(?!?) Objasnjenje je dato na vrlo ulicarski nacin bez ikakvog prostora za malo razumevanja za situaciju i uz opasku “da sledeci put bolje razmislim”. Evo, bolje sam razmislio i sugerisem ljudima da izbegavaju ovu radnju jer ima toliko profesionalnijih radnji da nema potrebe da neko ovde gubi vreme i dolazi u ovakve situacije i gubi novac bespotrebno.
