Entrance to see actual house is € 5 per person. There is some written information in English but excursion only avialable in Italian. It's nice place, a bit hand madie and run down but worth a visit. Also there is a play ground which your children must avoid because its dangerous! My child almost broke his leg because swings aren't dug into ground, everything is broken and dangerous to use!!! Wonderful place to take little ones to. There's a place for picnics, a playground and a little shop. It's worth getting the Ikea family card as there's a 30% discount on the tickets. The shop has handmade, local products that well compliment your visit. themed pencils, pads etc. The picnic area is well shaded and naturally included. If you're lucky enough to understand Italian spoken language then there's a very informative guided tour. During ours a few butterflies were released from the nursery into the open area! Amazing colourful butterflies in a very nice tropical environment. It's a very nice atmosphere, with all the guys flying freely above your heads. Compliments to the staff, I guess it's not easy to keep it. I would have liked a bench or two just to stay there for an hour ☺️ Very pretty butterflies flying around, I thought there would be more but still a very fun and unique place to see butterflies fly around you. I was REALLY expecting more. For 7 EUR you can go to house, bee house and Etna museum. Bees - don't even fo there. If you are lucky you can spot a wild black Sicilian bee in the whole area of museum. Etna museum - tons of school kids, smells of old sudor, total chaos. Only photos are nice Butterflies itself were quite nice. I even took some picks. Lovely exhibits, beautiful butterflies! Kids love the atmosphere and learn about lifecycle of a Visited with the little one the house, and it was pure magic. As soon as we walked in, we were surrounded by fluttering wings in every color imaginable. My child’s eyes lit up with wonder, pointing excitedly at each that flew by. We stood still, letting the delicate creatures land on our shoulders and hands, marveling at their intricate patterns. The air was filled with the soft hum of wings and the sweet scent of flowers. It was one of those moments where time slows down, and you just soak in the simple joy of being together. We left with big smiles, a few pictures, and a memory we’ll both cherish. Very interesting, it was a shame that is not in English, as my daughter (8yr) got frustrating that she couldn't understand the information in the other language.
