I know that this place runs on a rather meager budget and I know for certain that the people managing it are made to work 24 hour shifts with not enough pay (not enough to support a family of three). So despite all that, the zoo has a good variety of and they are doing their best to take care of them with the knowledge and resources they are given. Някои от животните (лисици, бодливо свинче) са в окаяно състояние - ранени, недохранени. Лъвовете и тигрите са затворени в по-тесни клетки от гъските. Клетките са мръсни и миришат. Жал ме е за животните! Ако се направи с платен вход и се вложат средства и грижи би могло да стане прекрасно. За зоопарк в България и то без вход, бих казала, че е един от най-добрите. Парк Кенана е прекрасен и се вписва идеално в него. Птиците, чифтокопитните животни и дребни животни изглеждаха доста добре и се закачаха с хората. Не ми допада единствено пространствата на едрите хищници- лъвовете и тигъра, просто не са подходящи за тях... Другото което не ми хареса, понеже семейството ми и аз сме от друг град, посещението беше планувано, като сутринта проверихме във фейсбук, дали има някакви промени, беше това, че когато отидохме към 11 часа остановихме, че е заключен. Човек ни уведоми, че ветеринар проверява животните и може изобщо да не отворят врати днес. Направихме една голяма разходка из хубавия парк и добре, че вече около 13.00ч. Вратите вече бяха отворени. Твърдо "За" съм животните да имат медицински прегледи, но поне да бъде уведомено някъде, ужасно е по такъв начин да бъде развалян деня на хората. Ne e losho This zoo is a torture for the animals.
