Nice location, only reachable by car. Food was OK, but took a long time to get served (more than 1 hour) prices are reasonable but service needs to be faster, especially food. Staff was very friendly and able to speak German, English and Hungarian. That's good. I suggest the chalets, they are very comfortable and in summer you really enjoy the air condition. Otherwise the breakfast and dinner were very good. Not soooo much choice but everything you need. Julia, the receptionist, was very kind and was also available outside of regular reception office hours, since we arrived later than expected. The area of the hotel is huge, very green and the lakes are very nice. You can really relax after a long and exhausting day. Only negative point I have is it’s accessibility by bike - but this affects Hungarian road constructions: to go to um the hotel there is not really a bike lane, you have to travel on the main road together with lots of cars. Maybe the hotel can influence the neighboring villages intro constructing more bike lanes between the villages. It is a heaven for dog owners. The whole place is well equipped for having time with your puppy. There is a lake where they can swim, and agility track and a place where they can run free. Apartments are comfortable and feel roomy. They have a separated yard for the dogs. The restaurant is good. Possibly I eat one of the best scrumbled eggs with ham here ever. We have been here 6 days 5 nights. The resort is beautifully maintained, very clean and a real paradise for dogs and owners alike. All the staff has been very friendly and helpful, from the reception personnel to the restaurant employees to the housekeeping. We stayed in Hugo 8a, nice big room with a small terrace and a fully fenced own garden. The air conditioning worked well and the water pressure in the shower was very good. When food was available, it was good, but: we arrived on Sunday, warm food was available à la carte in the restaurant. Monday the restaurant was closed (which we read in the Internet about, so we were aware of it). Tuesday there was no warm food, we have been offered a picnic basket. Wednesday the only food item available was burgers. Thursday an à la carte menu has been again available. Considering the resort is quite isolated, it would be a idea to offer at least to the people staying there a warm dinner. Otherwise, breakfast was sufficient (although it didn’t offer a lot of choices and it was very repetitive). We will return, as one of my dogs gets car sick, so we can’t travel too far, but Pro Village is close enough. It would be greatly appreciated if the resort management could find a solution for the restaurant until then.
