It was fine Ingredients on their is not so much of a problem, as is the wrongly handled dough - it is not properly risen, and/or not properly stretched. It is dense and heavy, making the feel dry. The oven temperature seems to be too low, with uneven heat distribution across the oven floor - the parts of the pizzas were burned on the lower side. The ambient is nice and the stuff is friendly, plus large parking space. Poor selection of beer though. My recommendation - have your pizzaiolos learn to handle dough properly.
