Fabulous, fun game-master (Emilio), and a challenge we barely finished with 8 min to spare. Played Almacén 232, which was not the most high tech of rooms - but gameplay and story behind it all. Will be back! Really enjoyed this. As escape veterans, we tried the hardest and weren't disappointed, there was a good mixture of familiar puzzles and new twists without having to know what was in the designers head. The theme was I and our GM stayed in character the whole time. Would recommend and will come again. Had a solving the Art escape room. Out with 4 mins to spare! Some real mind benders to get through the clues with or group of four. Our gamemaster was a gracious host. Did this as part of our holiday...so much fun. Really disappointing customer service. We came to the place in person at 7pm to make the booking coz the phone was going to voicemail. One person told us that his colleague might be able to take walk-in. We didn’t mind waiting but if it was possible to get the straight away that would be great. Second person came to us and clearly just wanted to go home instead of service us. He said we can’t book the in person and we need to go online or call over the phone. I went online because they didn’t pick up the phone and went to the voicemail. We booked online but no confirmation arrived so I call few more times until they answered to confirm the booking. It was 7:27pm at that and I asked if the online booking went through. They said it didn’t, so I asked to book us over the phone and the guy said it’s not possible coz it has to be two hours before the (it was 7:29pm by then and we were booking the for 9:30pm, so still within two hours before the game). He said the system wouldn’t take the booking, but the first guy said if he was not with the other group he would’ve take us. On their website it says you can book within less than two hours before the if you call over the phone, I asked about it and the guy said it must be mistake. Well… Basically lazy guy who wanted to go home on Friday night instead of making our experience of Mallorca nice. I feel sorry for the first guy who needs to pick up the others guy slack. Don’t waste your on this place. The first was awesome, this was even better. The owners have quite an imagination and you can tell they are passionate. We did the basement mission and all of us spent between friends. if you want to try something new, something original. Decent experience. One puzzle had a mistake. Overall enjoyable but not one of the best. Edit: the was Equilibrium. We were given the solution to the last puzzle and it did not make sense based on the clues. We did the in english. We played Equilibrium and it was great! The is not too difficult and is very fun. The gamemaster is exceptional! Me and my partners first at an escape room, we didn’t make it out, but were so close 😭. We had Emilio who took us through the whole process and helped with clues etc. Really amazing staff, attentive and catering when needed. my first ever - did the hardest one and was not disappointed, was me and my partner and although we didn’t manage to escape, it was worth the money; really fun and challenging and always had a crew member for clues if needed.
