Mark did en excellent job in explaining how everything works & kept the game running smoothly. The controls were very simple to use & the headset was comfortable for the 60 minute adventure. Everyone enjoyed so much. The flow of rotating people, so that everyone had equal time, was seamless. The side room set up was clean, had a birthday banner and balloons, and the drinks supplied was generous. There is a toilet in the room, so no need to wander Ocimax. The almond cake was also a hit. I took the package for 3 hours and a private event - this was a choice during the break, as the children could play in the big place and eat in the smaller room. Our monitors were super friendly, patient and helpful. Thank you for everything, it was a for all. fun. Super with friends or family.
