ABBA from Stockport were playing .... Nice place venue absolutely brilliant Huuuuuge theatre right in the water front. Plenty of entertainment and food and drinks choices for before and after shows. Easy access along the main road in the waterfront. Overlooks the marina, very nice The best Pina Colada we had whilst in Mallorca ! My wife, Sara, and I had the absolute pleasure of visiting the Auditorium de Palma last Thursday to see Jason Donovan in the Rocky Horror Picture Show, and what a night it was! We were completely blown away by the sheer quality of the production. From the moment the started, it was clear we were in for a treat. The lighting was spectacular, creating the perfect atmosphere, and the costumes were simply amazing – vibrant, detailed, and perfectly capturing the essence of the show. The sound quality was superb; every line and every note was crystal clear, which isn't always the case in live theatre. We were also very impressed with the venue itself. Our seats were comfortable with a view of the stage, allowing us to be fully immersed in the performance. It's not often you find a with such high production values outside of a major capital, but this was a genuine "West End" style experience right here in Palma de Mallorca. An outstanding performance in a fantastic venue. We can't wait to return! A very easy to get place. This is a very small theatre. The facilities very really and very interesting quadruple staircases. The sound was great. The only downside is that during the people was eating , using their phones and making quite a lot of noise. El estuvo muy entretenido para los niños , el precio está muy bien y me encanto tener un hermoso paisaje. Have a look see what’s on! value compared to most city theatres. Good venue for large meetings and events. These photos are from what was probably the most historic and infamous meeting of ** Club de Mar Mallorca **, where the board, presided over by Borja de la Rosa and Antonio Arrom, but actually managed by Mr Yacobi, a lawyer who seems to have been hired as a "trouble-shooter", advised association members that they were probably never going to get their rights back to sell their moorings at market price, or receive income from renting their moorings: members have patiently waited since 2019 since investing considerable sums in the renovation of the Club and paying the Port Authority to extend their concession to 2044, only to find out that the rug has been pulled from under their feet. The Club's board will continue to enjoy income through their partner company, Compañia Constructora y Explotador de Puertos SA (AKA PUDESA), in what can only be considered a coup de etat by the board and port authority led by Javier Sanz. Went here to view the MOD dance competition, which took the whole building. I found it spacious, easy to navigate with a good auditorium/podium with good seats, views, sound. Seemed like the perfect place for a big event like this. Lots of shows all year round. It felt a bit like a low cost airline with limited legroom. It’s also easy to get lost on the way to your seat; very understaffed. Good though! Very easy to book tickets and staff are polite. Overall the theatre is in condition and the seats are without obstruction and with good views of the staff. The only down side is that there are many people filming and taking photos with mobiles and the staff don't do much about it. The ruins the experience a little. I went to see the Ballet of Moscow perform The Swan Lake. The whole experience was absolutely amazing; the dancing and choreography was great, the place was big, clean and comfortable and they served tasty snaks at the recess. 10/10 venue The interior and the auditorium itself looks and feels a bit outdated, the sound quality of the pa-system (the speakers) is sub-par, but it’s nice that Palma has this place for bigger events What am amazing setting! Well organised, knowledgeable, polite and helpful staff. Highly recommended! :) A really nice modern theatre with a nice bar area on the upper level easily accessible by a large staircase or a lift for any disabled guests. The large auditorium has plenty of room in front of the front row so none of this cramped in feeling you get with many historic venues. However, with the very large deep stage it doe make you feel like you need your opera glasses just to see the performers as they appear to be so far away. Loved the fact that te stage door was just to the side of the main entrance without having to make a mad dash to the rear – attended 3 nights for the same which was well worth the trip from the UK. We had a times on Aladdin performance!
