Visited this place after seeing the promotion in the TF1 and somehow we regret to have bought the sweets before seeing the conditions under which they are prepared. The shop on the main street sells the derivates and at the payment they ask you if you want to buy tickets for the museum. Normally, things should work the other way around. Museum is 50m on the right side of the shop. None is checking tickets at the entrance, you can taste the from a pile of other slices where everyone put his hands, then you see the production and assembly line, which is the shocking part... The dirt and lack of hygiene that you will see here will make you regret to have bought and tasted them. They use low quality ingredients, leftovers are everywhere, a man who was decorating the was touching other things around and then going back to the production, and tourists can pass by and watch freely or maybe even touch it, for the case of the kids. For a food safety this should be a high concern. What we realised later was that the stomach cramps and troubles were coming from consuming these. They are not as tasty as they're promoted. Then, the rest of the looks like a storage unit for the things not used, in plain words a mess. However, kids can spend some time wondering around. I bought one plat shaped of human cookie in the noel market in strasbourg from their stand, that's how i know about this. The lady in charge of the stand there is friendly and nice. Our family of 5 spent only 9euro total to get in, because some of the kids were free. Plan to spend 30-60 minutes in the museum, and don’t forget to taste some on your way out.
