Highly recommended, FUN, room! Helpful staff! Nice puzzles and challenges - with good surprises! A bit pricey, but definitely worth it. Very nice rooms. Had a lot of fun. There are 3 different with varying difficulty. We did the prison with a group of 6 including kids. 1. They locked the main door as well as the prison door. When I said you normally don't lock doors anymore in for security reasons, the operator answered they always lock their doors. 2. We needed to find a walkie talkie in order to communicate with the operator. There was no problem finding it, but we tried over and over again to talk with him, but it took him at least 5-10 minutes to answer (costing us lost time). 3. At the end, we needed 1-2 minutes more to solve the room, but he anyway entered the after 60 minutes and didn't let us finish, although no one was in line after us. It is cheaper then the in Luxembourg city, but I can now see why... We went there with out two kids, 13 and 9 years old, and did the San Pedro Prison. Friendly staff, the background story was well explained, and getting out of the prison was really fun. In the middle of the scenario, you will have a cool surprise. Overall thrilling, interesting and challenging. Really recommended! We had a lot of fun - although we were not even close to finishing (1/3 to go) - Not everything was clear and it was quite dark. Overall good experience and good price! Fun rooms, but they only have 3 so far, I hope they create more! I unfortunately needed to cancel my reservation which was communicated to the Enigmo team within the hour of booking, and well before the intended date of the service (1 week in advance) however my credit card was still charged and my emails have gone unanswered. In addition, the phone number they provided is not a working number. Very scammy, avoid. *ETA: The owner's response below, which while lengthy includes no apology and very little accountability, confirming my initial suspicions that this is not an establishment I would ever want to visit in any case. Super unprofessional. Very good experience with San Pedro prison room. We were 1 adult and three kids 11, 11, 13 yo. Everyone enjoyed a lot! What a great experience in the Egyptian room. Our group booked two rooms. Both had broken equipment making it impossible to advance resulting in half the time being wasted. When addressing this to the staff, they could neither fix the issues nor guide us to the next step due to a lack of knowledge of their own rooms. All in all, not a good experience.
