Very nice but not like the Maldivian beaches and it is not clear why they say they are similar. Cons: There are too many private areas on this and it is very difficult to find a place to be. Just check first picture, most of beaches here in Ksamil have those pillows on the sun beds. Imagine amount and variety of bacteria and fungus in those pillows. Doubt they washed or changed in genera during the season. All of them have stains and dirty. Travel in September. Less people, cheaper prices. Bear in mind, those are public beaches, but you’ll be asked to pay for a sun bed and parasol. Different prices on different beaches. In general, it’s only spot to take pictures for instagram. That is all. 10€ for two sunbeds for the day. Nice to stay in now in May as there aren’t a lot of tourist yet but in peak season I think it’s a very packed place. Small beach. If you think of strolling on the water front this is not the place. 2 lounge chairs with parasol 20€. Most lounges/ restaurants have wooden decks. For that privilege it’s 50€ per day for front row. 35€ for second row. Waking into water….boulders is not sandy tiny rocks. Drinks reasonably priced. But the great sea food and food in general is priced to make up the down side. Over all it’s worth the trip. I would recommend this place 100%. People are extremely friendly not pushy like in Turkey. Place is absolutely relaxing …no pushy tactics. Water clear Absolute relax. Enjoy !! Rather beautiful, but overly commercialised and crowded. €20 for a sunbed. You are just a cash machine for them.
