Although my knowledge of the Italian language is not strong, I’ve seen the play several times in English and with this play an understanding of the language isn’t necessary to enjoy it. The cast was marvelous. It takes a lot of effort and skill to put on this play on because it is very physical and depends on precise timing to make it all work. The actors were convincing in their roles, the costumes were great and the director spoke some fine words afterward. My wife and I loved the performance and so did the rest of the audience.
