This and one other were the only ones open in the entire Lugano, so the queue was long. The entry fee was 20-30CHF, which included one drink. Since I only ordered water, it was a bit steep for me. The was ok - the beats were picking up by 1.30 AM. The clubs open at 12, and I would recommend going as soon as it opens or within 15-20 mins. The wait times later become longer. The crowd was a lot younger than I expected, but it did not bother me. It was a fun evening. Ogni volta che esco con gli amici, scelgo sempre questo locale. Il servizio è sempre stato eccellente e costante: tutto il personale, sia quello ai tavoli VIP che al bancone del bar, è gentile e disponibile. La musica è piacevole, facile da ascoltare e crea sempre la giusta atmosfera per divertirsi, indipendentemente da dove mi trovi: che sia al bar con un drink in mano o in un’area riservata, mi diverto sempre allo stesso modo. Ringrazio di cuore tutto lo per la professionalità e l’accoglienza. Se ne avrò l’occasione, tornerò sicuramente con molto piacere. Gefährlich viele Leute es hätte nichts passieren dürfen abschrankungen überall es wurde total überfüll. Wir waren 15‘ drinn dann raus.. die Musik ist für ein Club echt schrecklich einfach laut aber kein Qualität für so ein Club hätte ich ein besseres Soundsystem erwartet… kein Info was für ein Stil das läuft schade I have to say, everything was just spectacular, the food, the service was excellent. It was my birthday and I went there for the first time, and alone..all the they were so friendly and made my experience so special 💗, made me a surprise with a birthday cake. The drinks are expensive (16chf for 2 shots), but it’s to be expected for a night club. The was really loud but the choice of was great for dancing. As for our experience, two guys kept bothering and circling us in a very intense manner. We felt very uncomfortable and stayed around the security staff. When we made the situation aware to them, they took it very seriously and helped us out fairly quickly, they took us to a room to let us explain the situation and then kept an eye on us. When the guys came back they took them outside. When we decided to leave, they were waiting for us outside but the security made sure we could leave without any issue. Big thank you to the amazing ! Wir haben telefonisch für 11 Personen eine Lounge im Seven Lugano Club reserviert, uns wurde zugesichert, dass wir ausreichend Platz sowie mindestens 3 Flaschen inkl. Mischgetränken erhalten. Vor Ort bekamen wir jedoch lediglich einen kleinen Tisch für gerade einmal 3 Personen. Nichts von den telefonisch besprochenen Leistungen wurde eingehalten. Trotz mehrfacher Hinweise auf unsere Vereinbarung wurde uns nicht geholfen – im Gegenteil: Wir wurden schlussendlich sogar gewaltsam aus dem Club geworfen. Für den Platz allein sollten wir 1’200 CHF bezahlen, ohne Getränke oder den zugesicherten Service. Dieses Vorgehen ist nicht nur respektlos, sondern grenzt an Abzocke. Ich rate jedem dringend davon ab, diesen Club zu besuchen – absolut unseriös und kundenunfreundlich. Inside the bar is friendly but not really attentive. For the entry price and the prices of the drinks you would expect a bit better service.
