Don't let the queue scare you off. All the patisserie and breads are so fresh and delicious. I haven't tasted it like this except in France. The prices are more than reasonable too. Master patissier and Boulanger (baker) Robèrt is also actually in the kitchen. We accidentally ran into him. He's quite famous in the Netherlands. We feel rightfully so and thoroughly enjoyed his food. COVID: the shop is closed, there's no toilet available, no place to eat and also currently there are no courses or workshops.
