A very nice little reptile zoo. A lot of different - a lot of the very poisonous. Really good displays and descriptions. Highlight was the very nice zoo keeper who took out one of the none poisonous so people could hold and pet them. Recommend for a relaxing day once you need a hiking rest :D This is an interesting terrarium. Unfortunately, even if it was two years old at the time of the review, we found it crammed. And unfortunately again, really dirty - with some spider webs around the power sockets and the glass rarely if ever cleaned. To visit it during the CoVID times can be a bit nightmarish. Nobody was wearing masks, people bumping into you, high temperature for the sake of the snakes... Not good. Nice place to visit, the children liked it as well! From to outside it looks small, but there are a lot of animals to see. Friendly staff which will tell you more about the snakes. Also touching and holding a snake was a nice surprise! Parking is okay, close to the entrance. A small way uphill. You can visit in a rainy day or even when it is hot, as we did. That time the were very active. Reptile house with many species of snakes, spiders and 2 crocodiles. Very interesting, I recommend visiting it!!! Nice place, the worker willingly answered questions about the reptiles. The kids must be still looked after but there's no direct danger to them ☺ The only bad side is the specific smell inside the zoo, probably coming from the and their droppings 🤐 Nice tiny reptile zoo. Mostly (quite an impressive collection), some lizards, a couple of frogs and 2 crocodiles. Quite warm inside, which is understandable, so wear layers that are easy to take off. It is accessible with stroller, but I would recommend taking a carrier since it can get a bit crowded and narrow inside. Definitely recommended for a rainy day. It was so cool to see al these different and lizards. They also had a few spiders which was nice. There was also someone walking around with a snake that you could pet. So many snakes, some spiders and even a pair of crocodiles. Enough to make your skin crawl if you’re a bit squeamish! Worth the visit if you’re in the area and most were visible and active during our early afternoon visit.
