Not really a bad place, but had some bad luck with some draft beer that smelled and tasted like sewage. Good drinks but could do better. Some drinks in the menu weren't actually available. could do better. Facilities were quite poor But the beer we had was good so worth giving a shot Good pace to go dancing out to. Not a bad place, especially for students, to have fun..But the quality of people, they let in, can make this place inappropriate and uncomfortable to enjoy, especially for women. Vinerea în 21 Martie , a fost OK , nu prea multă lume , muzică retro și vibe bun , am spus ca revin și pe 22 Sâmbătă , ei bine experiența a fost total neașteptată, stafful de la intrare este foarte arogant si tratează persoanele de sus 👆, parcă ei dețin clubul , pentru simplul fapt ca nu am avut actul de indentitate fizic la mine ( aveam actul pe telefon) nu am primit acces și au făcut semne să zbor de acolo , asta în ideea in care înăuntru erau foarte mulți studenți și majoritatea fete și băieți care au confirmat ca nu au actul la ei , în schimb eu care am avut doar poza nu mi s-a permis intrarea,nu asta m-a deranjat cel mai tare ci aroganta de care a dat fata personalul , nu ma văzut în viața lor și m-au etichetat, puteam sa fac consumație în seara aceea poate de peste 1000€ , sper sa se sesizeze proprietarul și sa ia măsurile necesare și sa educe personalul în privința clienților ! I had my first experience at this pub in Oradea on Friday, March 21st, and it was a pleasant evening. The atmosphere was nice, the retro music created a great vibe, and the fact that it wasn’t too crowded made it even more enjoyable. I liked it and decided to come back on Saturday, March 22nd. Unfortunately, the second night was a completely different experience. The at the entrance was extremely arrogant and unprofessional, treating people with a superiority complex as if they owned the club. Because I didn’t have my physical ID with me (but had a digital copy on my phone), I was denied entry. Meanwhile, inside, there were many students—both girls and guys—who admitted they also didn’t have their IDs with them, yet they were allowed in. What bothered me the most wasn’t the refusal itself but the rude and condescending attitude of the staff. Without knowing me, they labeled me and treated me with disrespect. They had no way of knowing that I could have spent over €1,000 that night, but they didn’t seem to care. I hope the owner takes notice and educates the on how to properly treat customers. Other than that, the place has potential, and if this issue is addressed, I might give it another chance. I’ll update my review if anything changes! The Green Pub is one of the fun places to visit for entertainment. Especially on Thursdays. They reject foreigners , and kind of a racist pub in Oradea they will accept inside only by considering your appearance. If you want in the week to serve a good caffe or enjoy a beer is a quiet place and also you can hangout with your friends or family. In weekend especially late night they have partyes and tehno-music. Security guards will discriminate against you if you are a foreigner and will deny entry. Although it is one of the most popular places for students to go party and is often crowded, the experience I've had in this pub is extremely unpleasant. Repetitive and old music. Unprofessional at the bar that takes years to even acknowledge you and ask for your order. Bathrooms that are often dirty. Overall, the atmosphere and service are not very nice. Plus, the fact that one of the security guards is extremely racist and will deny the entry of international students without reason or with some dumb excuse. You will often be subjected to discrimination from the security guards, specifically if you have darker skin 👎 A truly outstanding pub! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is exactly what you hope for-warm, lively, and incredibly welcoming. The are fantastic, providing friendly and quick service even on a busy night. The drinks are excellent, with a great selection of beers on tap and a well-stocked bar. But what really sets this place apart is the vibe. It's the perfect spot to catch up with friends, unwind after work, or just soak in the great energy. I'll definitely be back soon! 10 They served warm beer in June.
