Very beautiful spot and super easy to reach! Myllykulmankoski is one of those sights that no-one in Lahti seems to know about, even though it is situated fairly close. And that's no surprise given that it is fairly well hidden between the fields of Orimattila. It is very easy to reach by car however, flowing directly under a bridge in the countryside. There's also a lot of space by the waterfall to leave your car at. While it is no Niagara even by Finnish standards, it's still the closest waterfall to Lahti, which by itself makes it worth seeing as a local sight. Flowing in the Porvoonjoki river, water travels under the bridge and cascades down a few metres over the lengthy rapids. There are also remnants of an old mill at the site. For waterfall spotters in the Lahti area looking for a bit of a bigger splash, I'd recommend taking the drive to either Kuhakoski in Nurmijärvi or Juveninkoski in Jämsä, both about a 1-2 hour drive away from Lahti. No the bigest ones but still ok The rapids were a bit smaller than we expected (maybe it was a dry time when we visited) but the firepit and parking place next to it was a nice spot.
