We shared a falafel wrap for the train journey home. Toasted and filled to perfection. The sauces were delicious! Very, very clean and cosy place for a place. After reading 1-star reviews and visiting this place, I can conclude that things mentioned in those reviews were not true and much probably this place is simply a victim of competitors. We payed 20eur in August 2024 (2 medium kebabs, 2 sauces, 2 drinks and 2 of fries). The prices totally correspond with the size - the are not tiny, they are huuuuge, even middle-sized ones. The meat is fresh and tasteful, the amount of sauces inside kebabs is just perfect - the sauce is not dripping out and meat is not dry either. The amount of filling is perfect too. Big portions, tasty, and super nice staff. Baklava amazing👏 Clean restaurant, excellent kebab, and when I asked for spice and clarified my tolerance with the staff I got just the right amount - a pleasant tingle and great flavour without pain or suffering. Staff were friendly and polite, I received service in both English and Latvian. Definitely worth a stop if you're in Cēsis! Amazing food, so big I couldn't even finish my meal, and for a low price as well... Very calm atmosphere, nice service. 9.8/10 I recommend 🔥 Lovely place to visit for a meal or takeaway, clean and warm atmosphere with a sitting area to enjoy, delicious food and generous portions! Atmosphere is amazing and host is welcoming and talkative, next time we're in Cesis, we'll definitely getting a here. Awesome friendly owner and some of the best I've had in my life. I was there yesterday, we ordered beef rolls , they tasted gross so I asked nicely whether the beef was fresh or not. he got angry and started to curse with bad words. we paid and went out calmly. bad experience maybe it’s not their best meal. but he didn’t treat us well.
