Iconic beach, unfortunately not with any places to buy even small snacks or drinks. There are toilets and outdoor showers, so it is possible to change there. 🏖️ Pane e Pomodoro – a public sandy with the poetic name “Bread and Tomato.” 🌊 In October, only brave swimmers take a dip, so it’s peaceful and never crowded. 🚶‍♀️ The promenade leads all the way to the city – a lovely walk since the center can easily be explored in a day. 💪 There are free workout stations, toilets and showers, just like on any well-equipped beach. 🪑 And the best part – plenty of benches to relax and enjoy the sea view. To our surprise there’s a at the edge of town. U can ask the men who sells umbrellas for renting an umbrella for a few hours. Can be very hot during the day even in June when we visited. Coffees, ice cream n sandwiches can be bought from the cafe opposite. Best of all the is not cold. 👍 It all depends on when you get here, the month of the year, etc. We loved it and taking the walk down from the old center, stopping for summer along the way - if you know you know. Summer highs are perfect in Bari. It's a very very busy public beach. However, the temp is fantastic, and the sand feels soft and on the feet One of the best beaches in the world! The is cristal clear, warm and at knee level for a long distance. The sand is amazing and almost everywhere. I strongly recommend this beach! The best in Bari , also they have a little shower for legs there (near the main entrance) . If you want ,near is a little park with two fountains with drinkable . Sometimes about noon it’s little fuller . Nearby is a little shop with some snack and also gelato- near the bus stop . They have here 0,5l for 1€ . Don’t go to buffet it’s really expensive. 7€ beer , icetea 0,2l 3,5€ . If you want maybe 10min walk is supermarket - Coop - really good prices and quality food . This is alive 24/7! You can enjoy cultural events with young people until the early morning hours, or play soccer or volleyball. It's a public beach, so it gets very crowded on weekends. It has a lovely Italian atmosphere. We spent a few days there, I highly recommend it! It’s a nice in the city center to rest. I was here at the end of the season so the sea was not and the doesnt look safe. I wouldn’t prefer to come again. Not bad, considering - some trash in the bushes/trees and lots of cigarette butts on the sand, but largely it was pretty tidy for a city beach. Water looked clear and clean, some sticks and seaweed, but didn't see any trash. There's a sudden drop past ankle depth, but remains pretty shallow and I didn't notice any pull at all. Didn't use the lockers or toilets, but they're there. I did use the foot wash, which was helpful for putting shoes back on. Good bus routes stop right in front too, very convenient. This is a real hidden gem! It’s beautifully maintained and has a nice, sporty vibe. There are plenty of facilities for volleyball The is and relaxing dip or just floating around. What I especially liked is the amount of natural shade Overall, it’s a peaceful and well-organized beach, perfect for both families and people looking to enjoy a bit of recreation and relaxation. Definitely worth visiting This little promisses little and overdelivers. It is relativley and nice. You can access it with dogs as well. During our stay in Bari we went here for several days due to the being cleaner than others and in the city so servicable by public transport. It's very beautiful, cozy and clean. If you're in Bari you have to go here. Sunset is especially cozy. Great spot to relax! The is about 100 meters long – not huge, but very and pleasant. There’s a wooden pier, a large convenient parking area, and free toilets which make the stay really comfortable. Right next to the you’ll also find a lawn with palm trees where you can lie down and chill in the shade – a perfect alternative to the sand. An ideal place for both a quick visit and a longer stay. Highly recommended! Great beach. There are not many facilities. Went with my friends to see the sunrise and it was a great view. Highly recommended for a chill experience. I do think it may get very crowded during peak hours as it is small Awesome beach, free personal item storage. Bring your own umbrellas tho. A good beach, it has showers, it's sandy and clean, but it can be a little fuller because it's free.
