Owner of the land is a genius entrepreneur, turned their home into a small and neat zoo. Most of the roam free and are not afraid of visitors. If you don't have a granny with a farm to in Bulgaria, it's the next best thing. Staff speaks English. At the cafe we ate fries with cheese, liutenitsa and kebabs - everything was very tasty and prices were cheap. Note that lamas and alpacas part of the zoo is steep. There is a playground for the small kids. Wc was super clean. Parking was not a problem because they have 1.5 hours stay limit on weekends, which is more than enough to watch all the animals, eat and play. Warm cloudy days are best for a visit, otherwise not much shade in the zoo. We enjoyed our stay, thank you. Amazing place! I visited the petting zoo with a friend and was amazed by the atmosphere there. The happy and well cared-for animals, bring your soul to a safe place and to a different universe, entirely and you wish you don't have to return to everyday life. Me and my family visited Alis Petting Zoo for the first time today. We were pleasant to discover so many and such exotic for our latitude! The place is very nice, clean and the staff are very friendly and are ready to answer every question you have regarding the animals! Most of the are walking around freely and don’t shy away from some pets and love! You can interact directly with most of them, take pictures and just enjoy each others company. There’s also a space with tables that give off a little bit of a picnic vibe where you can sit down, have a bite of something or just take a break and enjoy the calmness and the sounds of the animals.
