Don't come here during the rush hour!!! Came here with kids for lunch, called before to make sure a table is available, we were told: "no problem, just come, there's always a table free for dining". When we arrived they said we will have to wait 30 minutes. Since the kids were hungry and we didn't want to eat at a fast-food we stayed. Asked for snacks, but was told none are available. In the end, left sitting for OVER AN HOUR with kids complaining and crying! We had enough, I just wanted to pay and leave without any food served. It was terribly crowded in the beginning but other tables were half empty when we finally got our servings. I just felt stupid and humiliated. The food is fine but nothing special and CERTAINLY NOT WORTH THE WAIT. The only reason why I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1 is because the shift supervisor apologized. Passing by on the road to the coast, we often admired the tranquil atmosphere on the terrace of this motel over the Dobra. Finally, on a sunny Sunday, we stopped for a coffee. It was just as we imagined - peaceful setting in this green bend of the next to the bridge sipped into our Sunday morning. The staff were friendly and attentive. Although we didn’t stay for lunch, the food brought to other travellers around us looked mouthwatering. The prices are equivalent to what we’d pay in Karlovac. We’ll have to come back for the food next time. Food is okay, but the prices are outrageous. Calamari for 14.5 euro without a side dish! Side dishes range from 6-8 euros, and the portions are very small. First time there, and wont be coming back for sure. Rip off. I was drinking for same price coffes and drinks in some 4 star hotels with beautiful view at Adriatic sea. Extremly expensive for and quality Good food, good service, nice view. Highly recommended.
