Habe dann gefragt ob ich das Geld zurück bekomme oder eine Gutschrift,das wurde verneint,was nicht in Ordnung ist.Leider kann mal sowas passieren und da sollte man auch eine gewisse Kulanz erwarten können.11 Euro ist auch Geld das ich nun umsonst bezahlt habe.Aber ansonsten ist das Kiki Island gut,nur für Begleitpersonen könnte es auch günstiger sein.Wenn man den ganzen Tag dort verbringen möchte muss man auch doppelt zahlen.Ist alles Geld macherei.
