It's a good thing you can bring food, drinks. You can play with your kids. It's a bit crowded on the weekends but we came in at 10.30am on Saturday and it was great. For smaller children there is a special playroom with girls who take care of them. A little bit expensive, I don't know why parents should pay for themselves 22€ for an adult and a child, no receipt. Too many toys (chargeable) I don’t think it worths 22€. The place is big and there are many things to discover especially when the kid is active and bored at home. We have been there multiple times, but after yesterday I think we will stop going there. There are some things that turned us away: - the hygiene is extremely poor - the diaper changing room stinks and doesn’t get cleaned or emptied. The playing areas are often dirty - most of the areas and toys are very old - the machines seem to be not far from failing and every time some of them are just closed. The bouncing house is full of holes and is torn in multiple places. - the staff is rude and often they refuse to start the machines that are included in the price. One day they tell you they’re working according to the schedule, on a different day the schedule doesn’t exist and they just keep them closed. Once a group of teenagers that, as I assume, came to work part time, just kicked us out from the under 3 y.o. playground an hour (!) before closing just because they wanted to be done with the cleaning. - the prices. It’s ridiculous that you have to pay for the child according to their height. So my son is 87 cm at 1,5 years and I have to pay 8,5 Euros every time, although he cannot use even half of the establishment. There are 3 year olds, however, who are just shorter than 85 cm and they do not have to be paid for. Apart from that, grown ups have to pay for themselves, although it’s a children’s playground. Yesterday was the last drop for me, because we arrived at 15:30 and the facility decided to close at 17:30 instead of 19:00. The lady at reception told me to pay the full price, although we wouldn’t be able to stay that long and then they started kicking people out at 17:00. So I paid 13,5 Euros for 1,5 hours and my kid playing in one playground:/ Audacity and theft! I hope something gets done with such an attitude. Amazing, really very rich with endless play possibilities. My kid enjoyed it to the max. A family can easily spend a full day here! Very good indoor place for and also for parents. Budget Cafeteria. My and we love this place always. Was our first time here…To be honest was on of the best Sundays we had with my family! Some of the toys are not working but the big ones were there and very very nice! The balls are everywhere and makes the place more safe so the can’t hurt theirselves. The staff in the cafe they could smile a bit more tho as they deal with and were very grumpy except the lady she cut out tickets which was extremely cute! The ladies on the toys were very friendly…we had a lot of fun and our child he is 3 and he had a lot of options…the price for family of 3 was ok because it’s a lot of space to play and you can stay for long…we will definitely go again. The staff is super rude! I will never come here again.
