Super Bad First of all, before coming sure thing I watched views over here🤩 And I was excited about it, it looks literally as resort club😌 Like the style of this pool, you can plan also right there, or to choose open pool or closed zone, with the small cafe inside. From all pros of this pool: you have an option to take your kids to the swimming lessons with a couch. Daily ticket costs 10:50, it’s better then to take per hour. I spend perfect time and to be honest enjoyed it. Except one small thing….. due to a laws and rules at Germany 🇩🇪 you are not allowed to take pictures, and so on… So I was talking by video with my friend, when one lady, which are one of the staffs there started to scream in a rude tone….. I understand everything, but it’s not respectful towards the customers…. It was really tough and loud… She is adult, saw half of the century, must be well mannered….. Sorry I must put 4, only because of the behaviour of that lady….If she is serving that kind of place, she should learn properly how to treat customers…….. Otherwise I was going to give 5 stars…. I hope they will improve this small trouble:) Wir waren heute im Freizeitbad und die Wassertemperatur war viel zu kalt und ganz sicher die angegebenen 29 Grad. Wir kommen nochmal wieder. Cool area, lovely atmosphere, good prices specially for students and really good food (impressive vegan options too) Positiv: Großer und Schön gestalteter Saunabereich Schöne Liegeflächen Negativ: Aussenbecken geschlossen Innenbecken zu kalt Nicht wirklich sauber in den Saunen. Als Beispiel: - An den Scheiben der Saunatüren sind schmierige Abdrücke. Wahrscheinlich von Menschen die verschwitzt mit Creme daran gefasst haben. - Der Boden unter den Matten in den Saunen ist sehr dreckig, schwarze Flecken, Staub, Flusen, … Im Bistro hatten wir Classic Burger, Vegetarischen Burger. Die Burger waren komplett convenient food, Formfleisch aus der Tiefkühlung, Salatblatt angegammelt/schwarzer Rand. Saunanacht am 28.03.2025 - sollte man besser Schlager- Partynacht nennen, denn mit einem entspanntem Saunaabend hatte die Veranstaltung wenig zu tun. Zu allererst, ich habe da ich eine längere Anfahrt habe extra vorher angerufen und gefragt, ob die Dampfgrotte einwandfrei funktioniert, weil in der Vergangenheit öfter mal außer Betrieb. Ich habe Heuschnupfen und die Grotte wirkt Wunder- wenn in Betrieb! Angekommen stelle ich fest, Dampfgrotte wegen Defekt geschlossen, andere Saunagäste berichteten, sie war den ganzen Tag warm. Das ist echt ärgerlich! Dazu, lärm aus allen Saunen, da die Gäste von während der Aufgüsse mit fetten Boxen von den Saunameistern „Motto Musik“ aufgezwungen bekamen. Das kam so halb- halb an, kann man auch machen- aber dann bitte mit dem Hinweis, das hier der Fokus auf Skihüttenromantik liegt, auf Saunieren! Im Restaurant hat der Barmann mal wieder seinem Schlagerwahn freien Lauf gelassen und zu Schlagersongs aus der Bluetooth Box lauthals mitgegröhlt. Auch das kann man machen- aber in einer Gastronomie?🤷‍♂️ Das Becken im Saunabereich hat eine sehr warme Wassertemperatur. Die wärmste und angenehmste die ich bis jetzt erlebt habe. Die Dampfsaunen sind ganz super. Komme gerne nochmal! The five stars are for the lady from the staff who was working with a big smile on her face even after a very long day with 38 degrees . She handled an emergency and let us in and other people out. Otherwise the outdoor pool is small, not that clean, very crowded which was expected with such heat.. the changing rooms were a disaster very dirty but obviously it's because of neglecting people who just don't care. But we had fun anyway maybe we will visit next in winter 🥲 Big pool with cold water, small (6-8 persons) one with hot. as well, 8 euros for 4 hours, without sauna, not expensive at all. Ich war an diesem Tag auch anwesend, an dem Su B diese Anschuldigungen äußert. Der Mitarbeiter hat lediglich darauf hingewiesen, dass es ein textilfreier Bereich ist. Die Anschuldigung, er konnte den Saunabereich nutzen, ist völliger Quatsch; er hätte sich einfach den Saunaregeln anpassen und die ganz normal nutzen können. Schade auch, dass es immer wieder Leute gibt, die die Ausländer-Diskriminierungskarte spielen. Es gibt auch Saunagäste die sich beobachtet fühlen wenn Gäste in Bekleidung den Saunabereich nutzen. Ich bin ein Stammgast und erlebe einiges aber nicht, das ein Mitarbeiter diskriminierend oder unfreundlich ist. Hated this place!!We came in a long sleeve swimming shirt and swimming leggings because we are Muslim and we can’t show most part of our bodies.They kicked us out and told us we had to wear shorts and they couldn’t let us in unless we had like a bikini or or shorts!!Never coming back and telling everyone not to go there!Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!They should let muslims go swimming.I’m am so disappointed.😡😡 And wait to enter was half an hour.Should hire more employees.
