Superb from start to finish. Jen, our game master was enthusiastic and the puzzle itself (Tesla’s Portal) was engaging and utilised features we had never seen employed in an before. What really makes this place stand out is the obvious pride the operators take in the games – Jen was keen to walk us through all of the little Easter eggs scattered throughout the game once we had escaped. Sadly we did not have to sample the other before we left the island but no doubt it is every bit as good. We made it out 5 minutes before Tesla ran out of time. Definitely one of the best we have played so far. We did the Tesla and it was fab - definitely in all of our top 3 rooms. For context, we’ve done over 70 round the world and I design educational professionally). As the Tesla was so good we booked to do the Agency today. It was phenomenal. Best we’ve ever done. Such incredible puzzles and the setting was so immersive, fun and playful!! Staff were amazing and so helpful - providing just the right amount of support so we got the joy of solving puzzles without getting frustrated, and even the hints were very fun! One of our group is a wheelchair user, and the Tesla is perfect for wheelchair users, with a ramp at the only step. For Agency the staff were so supportive about finding out what would be possible for our group and very respectful of our mobility equipment. Cannot this highly enough!! 10 stars out of 5! Amazing experience, from the beginning to the last moment. storyline, very nice gamemaster! We did the La agencia room, with the next occasion will do the other one as well! We're passionate veteran artists and we found this fun, novel, interesting, and just challenging enough that we actually didn't get out in (we were short 30 seconds). Update after doing the Agency as well: We can confidently say that The Agency/La agencia is the BEST we've ever done. It's immersive, action-packed, imaginative, and surprising from start to finish! We're only sad that there will never again be a first time. This was the first I've visited an Room. I thought it would be good fun to do and something a bit different. It was great, really well done. I booked the Agency with my husband as part of his 40th Birthday celebration. So glad we decided to book it. I would definitely recommend! Absolutely amazing. We first played the Tesla and found it so that we immediately booked the agency and played it the same day. Both are great, both in terms of decoration and story. There are a lot of fun and original puzzles that we have never encountered before. The staff was also super friendly. These are both definitely recommended! We just played the "The Agency".
