Very nice with good and interesting explanations. We learned a lot about the world of bananas. I will appreciate more from today. The place has a good variety of locally produced food like bananas, jams, sauces, and cakes that you can sample as part of the tour. Totally recommended! Within 45 minutes, you will have had one of the most enjoyable experiences Gran Canaria has to offer. Local and fascinating. Our ‘Ismael', explained with passion and enthusiasm how plants grow, reproduce, and how themselves grow. We also saw red and rare blue bananas. It was wonderful to see how this large on the island grows right next to the Atlantic Ocean. Thanks to the and the for the and the delicious of various products. We made the together with Cynthia and it was awesome! She was super invested and told us a lot about the and the plantation, it was really interesting and she had a lot of humour while doing the tour. 10/10 would recommend! Furthermore you can visit the and the museum after the and take photos. The whole staff there is really nice. They also have a sweet little cat! :) A very interesting and enjoyable visit! Our Dani did a fantastic job: super friendly, humorous, and full of fascinating insights about cultivation. The atmosphere on site was relaxed, and we also appreciated being able to stay a bit before and after the to enjoy a and explore the small museum. Absolutely recommendable experience! Absolutely best in Gran Canaria. We always wanted to see some and we don't regret. (I think her name was Daniela) explained a lot of facts about and plants, the whole was fun. At the end there was some tasing of various including jams, alcohol and itself. Also there's unlimited time within opening hours where you can walk around yourself and do as many pictures as you want :) Visiting Mundo del Plátano was a unique experience. The staff was very friendly and shared interesting information that we didn’t know before. At the end of the visit, we enjoyed a of local products, which was a nice touch. There is also a shop on-site, but unfortunately, the prices are 2-3 times higher than in supermarkets like Super Dino or Lidl, even for made by them. Because of this, I’m giving 3 stars. Other than that, everything was well-organized and of high quality. Our Guide, Maria, was great and the explanation very clear. There is a small museum and a shop. A (food and drinks) is included in the tour. 15 Eur for adults, half price for children. There is a small playground for the kids and a little playhouse. No reservation is needed, but check out when the English speaking tours start. Parking available but only reachable trough a narrow street. We've spent about 1,5 hours there. It was a great experience. An absolutely wonderful experience! Our guide, Maria, was exceptional – very funny, engaging, and full of knowledge. We learned so much about bananas, from the very beginning of their growth to the final stage, where we enjoyed a variety of delicious banana-based products. Visiting this truly felt like stepping into a kingdom. We would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Gran Canaria – it’s a must-see and a must-experience! Just got back from the most amazing tour! Seriously, who knew there was so much to learn about bananas? Our Daniela was super passionate and shared all sorts of cool facts, from how they're grown to the different varieties. The itself was beautiful, like walking through a tropical paradise. We even got to taste some freshly picked and other products. If you're looking for a fun and unique experience, definitely check this out!" What a great trip.
