En tant que visiteurs français, nous avons été arrêtés puis sanctionnés sans explications claires, sans traduction ni interprète, et avec un ton inutilement intimidant. Impossible d’obtenir des informations précises sur les motifs, le montant et les recours. Résultat : amende lourde et points retirés, avec le sentiment d’un traitement plus sévère envers les étrangers frustrant et décourageant. Ce que j’attendais d’un service de police : • Transparence sur les raisons de la sanction et les droits de recours ; • Aide linguistique minimale (anglais) ou mise à disposition d’un interprète ; • Respect et pédagogie plutôt que pression. Expérience très négative. Je demande la révision du dossier, des explications écrites et des procédures claires pour les voyageurs qui ne parlent pas polonais.
