Excellent place for entertainment and relax! Everything is new (2016), clean and well thought. We spent here all day and plan to come back again. There are for babies, kids and various fun, including tubes (with speed registration panel :))) as well as relaxation, massage and swimming pools. When we were leaving, there was not any bracelet left (the complex was full). I love the wellness area with saunas. There is also a hot tea available you can drink when you are relaxing... You need to try the so called bear cave sauna with cold in the middle. I would like to have the in more warm. When we went there, it was snowing outside so the outside pool was too cold for me. But overall I liked the place. They should change the name because the term Relax doesn't come to my mind when I'm surrounded by children yelling and throwing water. Otherwise the wellness section is nice. Pool area is small and also the there. To many people sometimes. Sauna area is beautifull with lot of options, but there is also to many people. Generaly i like it, but go there, when the place is not so crowded. Prijemne miesto na zrelaxovanie a okupanie sa, bazeny v dobrej kondicii, kapacite standardne obsadene - pouzitelne, coz sa o wellnes casti neda povedat. Kapacitne doslova napchate, v saunach sme sedeli ako vrabci na drote, nie vsetky boli funkcne. Niektorym saunam by sa zisiel maly refresh a oprava. Boli sme tu cca 5x aj tesne po orvoreni, ked bolo vsetko nove vonave, teraz by mal prevadzkovatel urcite zvazit drobnu korekciu hlavne v spa casti, pokial nechce prichadzat o zakaznikov. (Vypadane obkladacky, popraskane steny, zajdene podlahy, vo finskej nefunkcne pohyblive rameno, ponastavovat dvedere pri prechode do vonkajsich saun, korigovat obsadenost, absentuju koncovky na fenoch, zostali len hadice…) personal a miesto ma potencial a je v poriadku It wasn't ver crowded, thus very good. I visited spa, nice, clean, various types of saunas available. Pretty great atmosphere and helpful staff. Good food and good for kids. Only problem is the size, it's relatively small for the amount of people that come here. Also the pool is not that big but it's for relax, not for swimming. Toilets could be cleaner, usually smells of urine, and with a wet floor and bare feet not a pleasant feeling. Naopak reštaurácia, ktorá sa nachádza hore pôsobí zlým dojmom, zemiaky ak sa to dá tak nazvať boli pripálené, napité olejom a celkovo personál reštaurácie neochotný ako keby boli nútený tam byť. Nečudo že v reštaurácii nikto nebol. Odporúčam sa oblúkom vyhnúť tejto reštaurácii. Nepríjemná obsluha, ktorá si neplní základné pracovné povinnosti. Všade stojí voda, kanalizačný smrad, žiadne vône, na zemi chumáče prachu, vlasy. Zem vytierajú asi iba raz do roka.... Opadavajúce kachličky, kľučka mi zostala v ruke, sauna sa nedala zatvoriť, provizórne opravy.. no hrôza.. Ceny ako v Dubaji, ale čo sa čudovať veď sme na svk.... Minimalizovať prevádzkové naklady a maximalizovať zisk! Nikdy viac. Dúfam že vám poriadne klesne návštevnosť!!! Tento krát strach a hrôza, chodím pravidelne ale už nebudem. Preplnené úplne všetky sauny aj oddychová zóna - ludia keď sa chcete porozprávať choďte na kávu nie do sauny. Pikoska v solnej saune ponuka od pánka ze ma natre...vo výrivke deti ktoré obzerali ženy aj mužov a chichoty na tom kto ako vypadá. Hluk!! Nepríjemná atmosféra, mala so vstup na 3 h odišla som v polovici. Nehovoriac o hroznej špine na podlach v sprche ako by údržba zaspala dobu. Veľmi nepríjemná obsluha. Musel som na nich čakať a tým sa mi predĺžil zaplatený čas, takže som si musel priplatiť úplne zbytočne čas navyše, ktorý som ani nevyužil. V saunáh sa ľudia nevedeli správať, boli hlučný a nepríjemný podobne ako obsluha. Neodporúčam, ale nič lepšie v okolí bohužiaľ nieje. Odporne nieco.... Narvate , clovek hodinu nemal sancu vojsť do sauny, po zemi krv a po hodine nervov pan pri pokladni povedal, ze peniaze nieje mozne vratit lebo nieje plny stav. Potom sa siel pozriet , ze naozaj su precpate sauny a tak len povedal, ze sak to sa prestrieda... Super miesto na oddych....ceny sú privysoké ale na túto dobu ešte v pohode Super atmosféra milé animátorky teta v ruzovom tricku to najviac zabila 22.6. Už to nie je to čo bolo , hlavne tie hrozné schody hore k tobogánom tie by mohli konečne poriadne vystriekat savom a vydrhnúť (smrad a pleseň) , inak vonkajší priestor pekný udržiavaný I used to love going to this place but greed has made it unpalatable. I used to go once or twice a week for an hour just to unwind. At four euro it wasn't too bad a price and as I was going alone, it was just the right amount of time. Now, they have made a ridiculous rule that you have to go for two hours. Obviously at double the cost. I won't be dictated to about how much time I spend of my time in a place I am paying for. So I choose not to go, nor take an of my friends there. Their loss.
