This was a 5 star review, but after reading about an incident where they turned away a group of handicapped children because they would "bother other customers", I am updating this to one star. Supporting discrimination is not good. Excellent family place with beautiful pools and clean environment. I returned several times during my visit in this region of Switzerland. Fun time watching the children splash. All I can say os WOW....It was really relaxing and really clean. I had a very good massage and I will definitely be visiting again.
