I made reservation at 14:30 and when I arrived at 20:15, hotel reception was empty, keys weren't prepared in key box, every phone number was turned off, this all despite on reservation website are reception (check in) hours unlimited (they write literaly from 0:00 to 0:00)... I had to spend 1 hour on phone to explain mine situation to reservation portal and then I had to drive away... Shame on you!!! The reception is empty most of the time without any notice what to do when it's empty, so when you arrive and want to check in you are quite helpless. When you find someone who will chekc you in they are not very polite and seem to habe to do better things than caring about the customer. We were only told the way to our room and that's it, no mention of breakfast or anything else. The room was very dark, it was very hard to set the shower to a comfortable setting.
