A very one, but well designed. You have a lake filled with coy carps, you have a little skate and other attractions. Not the best park, but has a lot of nice things in there where you can spend a lot of good quality time with your family and your kids. For younger there are not so many options available, unfortunately. This is the reason why I only give it 3 stars. It is very well positioned, near the Danube River, so the view is quite impressive. Beautiful and picturesque on the banks of the Danube. Full of bike paths, benches, playgrounds and other amenities. Toys for kids, soccer court and a skate park. During the winter, the surface of the lake can freeze Really nice river side walk or run place. Perfect equipment for workout and play area for the little ones. I like the parks along the Danube river at all. Lots of fun, great for kids, super safe play area. Love the fish and turtles!! Good for littles. As parks in Galati go, this one is one of the best. My daughter liked to play here a lot. While visiting home, we came here every other day or so and she always had a great time. She made some friends although she doesn't speak Romanian. The other didn't speak English but understood it. She didn't speak Romanian but understood what the were saying. She had a great time. The koi fish pond is a nice touch although that water seems very dirty. I am surprised they are still alive. In any case, that place has transformed big time since I was a kid in late 80s and we called it "la pista". Foarte frumos un loc de relaxare It's a nice place to hangout, play football or basketball and it even has a outside gym and a skate park. It's awesome for too because you have swings and other entertainment methods. It even has a artificial lake with fishes and lillies and bridges over it Un loc de joacă și relaxare ! A place to stay and relax with the family also there's a playground for the kids. A with lots of sports facilities for children and teens. It has also a nice pond with fishes. Nice patch of green but too and crowded for me. I'm basing my review off the condition of the skatepark and it's horrible. The ramps are made from metal which is so loud to ride on and the half pipe has gaps in it that makes you fall off. The rule about not being able to walk on the grass is stupid too, it's grass at the end of the day and they even have a security man that "watches over" the park. I really didn't like it here and I don't recommend it at all. Central si foarte frumos.
