It is only right that we in the south no longer need to go to the bigger Norwegian cities to be able to visit a major art museum. And for regional schools it will be a great opportunity to introduce schoolchildren to art. I am looking forward to seeing the Hagen collection being displayed! Absolutely a fantastic museum. Kristiansand is lucky to have recently been graced with this wonderful world-class museum. A conglomeration of enormous concrete grain silos has been repurposed for art exhibition with superb vision, creating a delightful home for art through which the Tangen-collection is cycled in different configurations. The adaptation of the old building is amazing so the building itself is a work of art. I really enjoyed going there. The textile work displayed in one of the floors is extremely interesting and beautiful and I was quite impressed by it.
