Ai lati ha l'accesso diretto al ristorante Old Wild West e alla sala slot Luckyville. C'è anche un bancone per acquistare cibo e bibite, una mini pizzeria e una zona bambini dove penso si possano organizzare compleanni. C'è anche la statua di uno scimmione gigante dentro (vedi foto). Alcuni giochi a macchinette hanno una stampante di biglietti integrata che ti permette di riconvertirli in punti per riscattare premi. C'è una zona con delle vetrine dove i premi riscattabili sono esposti, che vanno dalle caramelle e roba da cartoleria alle biciclette per bambini e fotocamere. Devi giocare veramente tanto per permetterti dei premi buoni, però è abbastanza normale come cosa. Molto frequentata dalla gente di zona, l'unica pecca sono i prezzi un po' "inflazionati" considerando che i giochi sono gli stessi da almeno 6 anni e che ci passa veramente tanta gente. I believe this place is over crowded with people, and too many stations for games close to each other. I felt suffocating atmosphere. Get experience or should I say adventure. Staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We are two from USA with limited Italian speaking skills. Took a Taxi to Joy Village from city center Firenze and could not get a return taxi to pick us up - all busy. Called for 1/2 hour- no taxi available. The Security Guard noticed we were still waiting and took it upon himself to assist us. He called for a taxi as well had one of the Joy Villge staff call. We had a taxi within 5 minutes! Only thing we would suggest to Joy Village is for the balls not to be so oily.😊 No special shoes and single use socks offered for like all the other venues around the world are offering and they rob people. Our kids won on different games a lot of tickets and the tickets been taken over by the venue manager saying the machines are broken. We've been around the world in such venues and this never ever happened. If you want to get robbed go there. High street robbery is there. I hope they won't ever run a casino as those people are capable to say something in case you win the jackpot not to give you the money. Never ever ever ever ever ever again here! Not recommend this place at all being as a tourist in Firenze for the the first time. Someone should shut this place down as they steal people's money. We had fun in this place Good place if ur in Florence otherwise it’s a bit outdated Nel complesso la sala è ok per i bambini e i ragazzi, io ci vado a giocare a biliardo, ma i tavoli lasciano molto molto a desiderare.. tappeti usurati a dismisura, strappati e non aderenti in alcuni tavoli.. le stecche nemmeno le considero, ne ho acquistata una personale, quelle in dotazione sono storte e inadatte, gessetti sempre consumatissimi.. insomma, ci vorrebbe un po di cura in più nella manutenzione m dopodiché va tutto bene Would recommend! People cut the line easily and they are careless with their job. The woman with pink hair who is racist, she is extremely rude and get mad at customer who doesn’t speak Italian. I have my friends to help with translation and she started to say bad words in Italian.
