The room was not clean and we found earwigs and centipedes inside. We felt so uncomfortable that we ended up sleeping in our car. We tried to call the reception for help, but nobody answered the first two times. When someone finally picked up, I asked if they spoke English, and they immediately hung up. The next morning, the receptionist said nothing about our situation — she just printed the bill and said goodbye. This was not the level of service or cleanliness we expected, and we wouldn’t recommend staying here.
