My friend and I recently had lunch at Pizza Castello in Yambol. The food was delicious, made from fresh ingredients and beautifully presented with fresh ingredients. (I had a Toscana salad.) A drawback is the dark and gloomy toilet area. It's so dark, with just a glimmer of light, you couldn't even use the mirror to reapply lipstick. My friend and I both went to the bathroom, separately. We both found it dark and looked for the lightswitch, and were surprised that the lights were already 'on' - that faint glimmer is really the light. That's not good, for a restaurant. On top of the low quality of the food they are also not honest with the ingredients in the dishes they offer. For example, last time I visited it (it was for sure my the last time as well) I ordered pizza with turkey ham, however I received a pizza with pork ham. I understand that it might happen to not have some of the pizza ingredients in stock but then you just go to the customer, apologize and ask if he would like a replacement of the missing ingredient, you don’t do it just on your own, because some people follow a strict diet or might have allergies or intolerance to some food. Due to this dishonesty from their side which is even a scam in my opinion I leave this negative review.
