Highly recommended. You can easily spend a couple of hours here. We had a great tour in Spanish with Francisco, who explained the history of the Huerta and how the tools worked. The noria, water wheel, is impressive, the outdoor exhibition is very well laid out, and the indoor area gives a very good insight into how life was in the huerta. The old pharmacy has an impressive collection of old medicine bottles and laboratory equipment. Written information in the indoor exhibit is in Spanish and English. I am not sure if they do tours in English. Entrance is free. It is easy to get here from Murcia by bus or taxi. It is a shame they don't have a refreshment area. But worth a visit. A beautiful place to stay and enjoy with friends It s closed from 26 July until no one knows when :( Beautifull place, interesting information about living in and on the country in 18 and 19th century.
