Looks nice from the river,and a real feature of Oudon,which offers great free wild camping along the banks of the Loire, but it was busy so I avoided it,may I suggest the local harbor instead? A patterise and other shop and cafe shop too Nice children friendly place. Visit lasts about 2h going round the tower and learning about life on the river. Mais bien pratique et agréable pour s'arrêter un peu et aller faire un tour dans la commune d'Oudon, faire des courses. Merci à la Mairie Surprisingly one of the best well preserved medieval castles in the region. Very much enjoyed looking around this 11-15th century site. Not the biggest Chateau but still an interesting location for a bit of french history and culture. La visite de ce reste de château est très sympathique, ludique et pleine de découvertes.
