Very bought a 24hour pass for 26 euro witch gets you in to stuff life the little train that shows you the sights around Nantes also the museum and free tram and bus rides going on a cruise to day which the pass covers . More than 100 people came for our wedding alone and I recommended the and its sights to EVERYONE, as well as this and its products. The whole thing lasted maybe 5 minutes and yes it was loud, but that's how it is sometimes with children. I waited for her to calm down, she was already halfway outside, at the entrance and yes she was screaming loudly. A young man who clearly had no idea about children came out to me and asked me to "remove my child from the shop because it was so loud and he couldn't work like that". As I said, we were there for less than 5 minutes, I was shopping there and my daughter's crisis there lasted less than 2 minutes. Instead of helping a stressed mother, asking if there was anything they could do to help, I should "remove" my child as if my child was a disgusting stain that we left on the floor? The is supposedly there to help tourists, I'm considered a tourist, at least I'm a customer and my child was DEFINITELY not the only child who ever cried there. So dear young man with long blonde curls and who works there, please look for another job if you can't work with other people and have no empathy, you're in the wrong job. And for your information, there are children with invisible disabilities such as autism or similar, Nantes is supposedly a cosmopolitan for inclusion and all that, but that apparently only applies on posters. PS: I will tell all my friends about it and I am so grateful that there is something like Google Maps where you can give recommendations and advice against things! Oh, and here are a few places in Nantes where you can ALTERNATIVELY buy nice souvenirs and products from Nantes: Right near the castle is the cathedral and there are two great shops with products and postcards from the region 1) *Biscuiterie La Trinitaine* and 2) *ABC Terroirs*, then there are two more in the center near Galerie Lafayette 3) *Ma kitbell* and 4) *Papilles & Papillotes*. I would like to say one more thing: I, myself and someone who travels a lot and even more, I worked in a as a student in my homeland and I know exactly what kind of work it is and what it entails, but apparently you can't expect everyone to do their job well and with humanity. Waking through Nates for a bit, you might come across a green line painted onto the sidewalk…and if you follow this line, you might end up at the center or one on Nantes attractions. At this center, we got some excellent explanations about Nantes and the region by a young man, who spoke really good English.
