If you are in Selfoss, you must stop by here for ice cream. It’s right across from the food hall. We had cookie dough, mink chocolate and salted caramel flavors, they were all great. The menu is not written in English, but the friendly staff will translate for you if you do not speak the native language. They basically have two versions of ice cream; milk-based (thinner, firmer) and cream-based (thicker, softer). A dozen or so flavours of scooped ice and all the regular add-ons that you’ll find in most other ice stores. The wait on a Saturday night was 20 minutes. The woman working was so helpful since this is our frist time in iceland. We got The Dream! The mix of flavors was incredible! I went at a time where it wasn’t busy, so that was nice. We got the artic fox size small and shared it since we just wanted a little treat after dinner. The ice was sooooo soo good and the girls behind the counter were so kind, helpful, and answered all questions my friend and I had. Such great ice :) Milk based ice from machine was great, daughter liked the thicker based. Super busy late Sunday night - had to get a number and wait about 30 minutes or so before we could order. Not a big deal for us, good people watching.
