Well worth a visit if you are staying in Selfoss. Like other public swimming pools, the facilities are really well equipped and clean and there is lots to do. We spent our whole time in the kiddie with our one year old and he loved it. There are other pools, slides and hot pots of varying temperature outside. Inside there was another heated and I think I saw a sauna there too. Great facilities for babies including change tables and high chairs for them to shower in and it was good value at 800ISK. Well worth a visit. Great place if you want to relax in sauna or hot tub after a long hiking day. It's a family oriented place too if you don't mind seeing and hearing children playing. If your a lap swimmer like myself It's great to get some laps in. The staff there was super helpful. There's lockers and showers available. We spent here nice 3 hours of having relax during a beautiful sunny day. Typical Icelandic place, smaller but nice. The World Class gym is on the 2nd floor with amazing large snow mountain view! Get your gym access on the left counter, swimming access is on the right counter (different price). Large & comprehensive. Equipments are good & new. The only gym I went with locker included (but Iceland is safe, I didnt use lock for all the gym I went). There is swimming on the 1st floor (indoor for children & outdoor large pool). Didnt went for a swim during winter. Very clean facility. Entrance fee was $12 USD. You can find all the public pools online and view their fee. Lockers are included. A few different pool/tub temperatures. Steam room, cold plunge, water slide, lap pool. Family friendly. This is the best bang for your buck and the most authentic Icelandic experience. Recommended after a day out in the cold. Come and visit and see for yourself. The tubs are very warm and relaxing. People there are very friendly. Very good pool. Really enjoyed swimming here!
