Wow i loved it, very nice place, there is two tracks i didn't know, also you don't need to queue up to come to this, the queue is for the normal american golf. the decor is very nice and i love the blue waterfalls, very fantastic. Will be back in future to play the other track Took the niece and nephew with my wife easy entry paid on arrival friendly and helpful staff. Coarse was great we did the volcano one. Cost us 32 pound for 18 holes definitely the best one we have been to especially as the sun was out and definitely good value for money. Would return to do the other. This evening, finally got the chance to try out the Traffords Golf Centre Mini Golf of Dino Falls Adventure Golf. I completed both 18 holes of a total of 36 holes. I had an awesome time and throughly enjoyed myself playing golf and seeing the Dinosaurs. It's great to know that if you play 2 courses you get half-price on the second one too. The queues in were a bit ridiculous, you wouldn't be able to define from online booked customers to people who just turned up so the priority element goes out the window. It feels like a first come first served system given how you pay on arrival. There was no one manning the two courses so some kids were in and out both as they had spare golf balls on them. There isnt many shade spots so when the suns beaming down the kids feel it, I would suggest carry drinks as the kiosk is not near the holes until the end. Toilets are also inside the building and up the stairs so anyone would need to go first as there isnt an easy way back once mid course and as there are people always before and after you its not easy to stop for a break unless you forfeit your go. Basically if your child has needs this might be a bit tricky. Our daughter is heat sensitive and this caused issues half way around the course regardless of hats. HOWEVER. A great course with different challenges. Nice opportunities for photos and its something nice to take part in, involves the family, can be comical and fun. The price at approx £30 for a family of 4 i think is reasonable for it too. Parking was good. I recommend get there earlier than your scheduled appointment to consider the queues during half term. I came here for my work leaving do, and had an amazing time. It's very silly fun, the staff are friendly, it was super busy but organised so you didn't feel rushed. We did one of the two courses you can do, and it took us a couple of hours. You can go at your own pace with it. Would definitely recommend to families with young children as well. Great for an hours play, we always pick a couple of extra balls up at the beginning because your bound to loose 1 or 2. If the weather is dry it's great. Both courses are fun, the staff don't seem to bother (make of that what you will) its quieter during the week. Stepping onto the course feels like stumbling into a lost world. Towering dinosaurs rise out of the ground, frozen mid-roar, a volcano bubbles away in the corner, and for a brief moment you half expect David Attenborough to whisper in your ear about survival and the mating habits of a Stegosaurus. Then you remember — it’s fibreglass, it’s plastic lava, and it’s all gloriously daft. The dinosaurs themselves are magnificent and a bit tragic, like they’ve all just had bad news from the bank. One Diplodocus in particular had the weary eyes of a man called Keith, who I’m fairly sure once tried to sell me a second-hand toaster in a pub car park. The T-Rex? He looked like he’d slag off your favourite football team while sipping a flat white in the Northern Quarter. The course is tricky, in that mischievous way where the ball ricochets about like it’s on the run from Interpol. You’ll try a straight shot and watch it veer off into the undergrowth, possibly joining another family before you see it again. But that’s the joy. You skip holes, jump ahead, make up your own rules. Technically not allowed, but the staff? They’re wonderful. No fun police, no “Oi mate, you can’t do that.” Just a smile that says, “Go on then, as long as you don’t ride the Triceratops.” That relaxed vibe is exactly why you end up coming back again and again. It’s perfect for kids, who dash about in wide-eyed amazement, and adults, who start off pretending they’re sensible and end up arguing with a Pterodactyl about car insurance. It’s wholesome, silly, and strangely magical. If there’s one thing missing, it’s a tea stop halfway round. Imagine a vending machine that dispensed a brew, a Wagon Wheel, maybe even a sausage roll delivered on a conveyor belt shaped like a Brachiosaurus. That’s the dream.however I think they do do something like this with ice cream but only in the morning afternoon but it was shut in the evening God dam shame for that you loose a star.
