This owner of the business is literally using an enclosure I bought from him for his petting zoo and has not returned a penny. He is a serious degenerate who deserves the worst. I can provide evidence of this and matching enclosure in other users photos. Edit: Owner suggested I received half of the money back. I didn't receive ANY money from bank. He took my money, designed the viv, then decided to keep it for himself. All I wanted was an enclosure to give my pets a better environment. This guy hates reptiles, or he would have just delivered my viv or pay me back 50% so I could build my own. During our family trip with the kids, we stumbled upon this Zoo and I must say IT WAS AMAZING , the kids and I were enjoying each other so much. The owner speaks English fluently, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall a very interactive visit for the family, friendly employees and accessible owner can only recommend. Two weeks after our visit my children are still talking about their experiences. It is such a magical place and gives you opportunities to handle reptiles and get some really good information from the owners, who by the way, both speak excellent english.
