Heel leuk om met kinderen er heen te gaan. Wij zijn Opa en Oma met 5 en 7 jarige kleinkinderen. De trein op zolder en de knutselafdeling was in trek. ( De knutseltafel miste een pakje tafel schoonmaak reiniger) En op de begane grond de spelletjestafel, ruimtevaart en knikkerbaan vonden ze leuk. Er was een lift ,en anders kon je met de trap omhoog. Buiten was een draaimolen die om het uur aangedaan werd. En natuurlijk allerlei fietsjes. En een blikjes omgooi kast waar je ze met zakjes zand omver kon gooien. Die zakjes gingen gauw door het afzet hek of verdwenen onder de "kast" Het was een gezellige middag en ze hebben zich goed vermaakt. Ook waren er grote oude poppenhuizen die wel afgeschermd waren, en andere speelapperaten oa packman waar kinderen mee konden spelen. Er is genoeg te zien. Family owned museum. Don't expect too much history telling although if you are in the area with kids, worth to visit. Nice toys museum with a lot of activities for kids... Fantastic place to visit it took me back to my childhood Toys on display and toys with which the could play with were usually broken or not complete. Some of the displays even had collapsed and seemed to have been that way for a while. Maintenance doesn’t seem high on the priority list here. It was somewhat interesting to see having been there but you’re not missing much unless old creepy wooden toys and dolls are your thing. Wonderfull for young and parents. Great place to visit.
