The lady at reception was very welcoming, and didn't push me to purchase add-ons (e.g., she told me I didn't need to rent a bathrobe, unless I was planning to go inside the restaurant area). All-in-all, a good experience. It's just a shame that visitors to the centre are so loud and irrespectful of others, as there was a constant noise of loud chattering. This attitude, instead of apologizing that somebody at the reception made a mistake by not linking it to the reservation, which was not even relevant because all my consumption was registered and there was no issue paying my bill. U can literally see the dirt in the pool from whatever grass is around. 25 euro extra just to rent a slipper and a bathrobe! No privacy around at all. Full of people, no privacy in the whole place.
