We used the lanes for 2 hours, and had a fun time. We had a couple of plates with snacks (bitterballen, cheese, olives etc) for a reasonable price. Mostly everything was fine (free parking, easy check in, shoes provided etc), the only thing we didn't particularly like was the 'mood lighting' with colours changing all time. Also, there were a few flaws with the automated counting system, which wasn't a problem for us as we are not competitive, but would be a problem if you were. For example, some spares were given by the system whereas not all pins had fallen. Overall however a experience, and would be happy to come back. Amazing experience. First karting, and already fall in love with... Very nice place. vehicles as well as racetrack and extremely nice staff... Everything was 4 months ago when the prices were 50€ for 3 sets + 2 drinks and dinner. Then, they rise the prices 5€ (55€). Now is 60€ and with electric karts 🥴. Stop rising the prices and please bring the real karts back 🤞🏻. Bowling is ok (sometimes get stuck). The place is really cool tho. Amazing service and go-carting is now with electric carts which makes the much nicer. Had a blast and enjoyed the experience. I definitely recommend you to go. Carts go very fast, almost like gas carts but the brakes are very sensitive and are delayed when lifting foot off the brakes. We took two heats and races against different drivers in the two. The karts were safe and had a reasonable torque, fun feature with the booster that we could use once per round. Very professional and clean experience. We would come back for sure next in Groningen We went to kart racing and bowling. Kart racing is truly magical, the rules were clearly explained to us. We also didn’t make a reservation and they moved up the for us so that we could do everything in time. Very nice staff. The problem is that in bowling, we constantly had problems with the lane (1). The score was lost, some pins were not placed sometimes. Oh and yes, there have only snacks and there is no normal restaurant to eat. Therefore, it is better to think about food in advance. Playing was totally experience, just is likely to stuck and need to call someone from crew. Food, snacks and beer bar. I'll come back there later i know It could have been better. The track is not well designed; I feel it could have been better to allow drivers to race in a smoother way. For instance, I got stuck in one of the turns at the beginning, and I only got help after about 2 minutes. I successfully secured the last place at the race, which is not so cool, because of such an incident and because of the slow team. I might have went too hard on the turn for sure, but the working team’s reaction is too slow and the track is poorly designed. The only fun thing was the hype of it. Don’t come here if you want to actually have a fun karting, we came in a group of 5 and paid €200 for 2 sessions and in the first one we had 1-2 laps where we could actually go full speed and in the second one we had 0. 80% of the we had a yellow light because of people constantly crashing on the track. We tried asking an employee what the percentage of yellow light (you can drive walking pace only) was during the race and his reply was: “I will not even talk to you, i saw you bump someone into a wall on yellow light” and turned around and ignored us. The alley was pretty good, and the nachos were amazing. I messed up my hand in the punching machine, but it was my fault 😅 At the game we were 17 players on the bane which was a reason for more accidents which causes more stops and this problem leads to that we cant play and have fun. We have 12 and we stop/drive slowly for like 8 wich means that we only play 4 for 25 euros which is a dissaster. The solution is for example, pause the when someone crash or have less players in the round. Unfriendly staff that would rather be anywhere but here and malfunctioning equipment. We got here on time, but had to wait 10 to be checked in. We get to the lanes, they are malfunctioning and need to he restarted. We start 15-17 after our appointment, but get cut off on time. Very unsatisfying experience. We celebrated a birthday with and food. Excellent service and delicious food. Well organized, clear instructions, track, vehicles (but electric which has pros/cons), with an important note: In practice, if someone breaks out and comes to a stop sideways, all the vehicles must slow down or stop, meaning that in that round, you cannot set a record anymore. In my experience, only 2 to 3 out of 10 rounds were really at full speed (green lights). Of course, they have to do this for safety, as some turns you cannot look far enough around it, but I think this can be improved with some suggestions: 1. Play a sound/melody (friendly-sounding, not a buzzer) to indicate the lights change of color (I didn't immediately notice the change in color while focussed on racing) 2. Separate beginners from intermediate and advanced. If multiple racers of different levels want to race together, then take the lowest level for the level of that heat. Testing can be done by asking their racing experience, or their previous best round times, or let them sit in a vehicle with a racing game and see how they do. I'm sure advanced racers are willing to wait another 15min, than to race with beginners on the track, and also the other way around, for beginners it can be intimidating and feeling bad for the better racers that try to pass them by. This is very important, as it is competitive and not cheap to participate, so this leads to some tension which degrades the overall experience. Otherwise I'd give it 5 stars, because everything else is excellent.
