And it's very rare to find mousse somewhere in Vejle. But this Vanila bakery almost ruined my son's birthday. The personnel is extremely irresponsible. We ordered a big for 20 people very much in advance (2 weeks or something). We called the bakery the day before appointed day. We also called on the day when the was supposed to be ready to move the pick-up a little, because we wanted to align the with other deliveries. So when we got the bakery, the personnel shocked us by saying that there was no for us. They simply didn't bake it. I was tremendously disappointed and upset. Luckily, Lagkagehuset saved our day and we bought freshly baked and some small cupcakes from them. So if you don't want to worry about your important day, don't order anything from Vanila. They are unreliable. Perhaps you should stop by Vanila sometime, try their baked goods and form your own opinion about the quality and service. We wanted to order a for a friend to be delivered to her house. The staff was kind and very helpful, responding quickly to my emails and getting the perfect even though we ordered with very little notice. The was delivered perfectly on time. I'm told the raspberry cheesecake looked gorgeous and was delicious and they let us include a happy message in chocolate letters. Very grateful to Gabriel and the staff. 100% would repeat Very average cakes, high prices. The café is'nt clean nor cosy, it looks shabby... what a disapointment! We always come here to get our cakes and they never disappoint! I've been gifted their chocolates before which are really great as well.
