The staff was friendly and helpful. The lanes were in good condition and it was possible to order and food directe from the seats. The overall impression of the place was a bit worn and unmaintained. Toliets were in poor condition. The space is nice, service for food and works well, the screens music playlist is interesting sometimes fun. All in all is a good place to hang out and have some fun 🙌 Kind of expensive if you ask me, service was a bit slow and I had to give them my address, full name and phone number just to book a bowling lane. We wanted to eat there but had no idea they only had a buffet, until we were already seated. Their Escape Room is not fun.. and it is all in Danish and English mixed together so if you are not good at English, then it is boring The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is great with a good variety. The bar is a bit expensive. The only real negative thing that I can say about the place is that trashy people like to come here and drink, be loud and rude, and generally be unpleasant to be around. Only been to the playarea. Big and nice. The kids loved it. Would be even better if we could see the play area from the bar or the restaurant. Feels very daring leaving 4 children completely out of sight while going to get them drinks. Kiddy are majorly overpriced! Paying 25 kroner for each drink on top of entrance fee! Love bowling there, but they totally screwed us with parking. Got a 830kroner ticket despite their 4 hour free promise. Apparently parking is not their responsibility, despite their promise. We didn’t know we had to add our phone number in the check in promise, so the parking reservation didn’t go through. Doubles the price of bowling. The screen projectors showing music videos were very distracting and annoying, especially that no one can hear the music. Turning them off along with the music would be much better. We played from 7 to 9 p.m. We decided to extend it by an hour. But the staff turned up the music at 9 pm to such an extent that it was impossible to talk, not to mention the pain in the ears. We asked them kindly to turn it down and gave them a logical explanation. Unfortunately they completely ignored it. It's not a disco after all. There is dirt and stench in the toilets, the doors are worn down to the wood. You can't use the urinals because the piss spills out of them. Animals have better conditions. Bit overpriced, for what you get. Cannot bring your own for kids, this is the first time experiencing this, other places never had this issue. Overall 1 star rating. Not worth the money.
