It is an irony that the Toska building was the one next to the actual Toska Bar. The inside atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The terrace is placed next to an old house which can fall on the people at anytime... terrible. It would have been a well deserved 5 stars if there was AIR CONDITIONING in the hot season, but all the bars in the center of Craiova are lacking common things from civilisated World like AC. Dirty chairs, tables and menus ! The staff was ok! Good music! Crowded in the week end!
