Despite the fact that the place is big, it was completely full in the evening hours, right after people finished in their work. The it became totally empty where there was dinner time. The place is located in a cellar. I didn't see any elevator, just stairs. So count with that, if you have any restriction regarding your mobility. Illuminated was an interesting experience. Plenty of shoes with plenty of sizes to choose from. Also different sized balls (to fit your hands and fingers). Billiards too. I did not try drinks so i can't say anything about prices. Lively party game bar (for adults only after 18:00). It's quite expensive and the screen at lane 1 is very annoying. Also during another time I went here the cones kept getting entangled and we had to keep getting help. Fun place! Lots to do! Great place for kids during daytime when it's not so crowded. Nice ambience and good customer service. The experience was OK. Unfortunately I have to give this place a negative rating for a very simple reason. During our game my 5 year old daughter jumped on one of the couches, the only seating in the area. The couch split, opened up and she fell between the seat and the back rest into the innards of the couch, made of plywood with lots of sharp edges. She got a scrape on her abdomen as a result of falling on the plywood. The attendant seemed concerned and gave us some popcorn and a juice for free. Nice gesture but I wanted to ensure that they fix that couch so no one else has to fall and risk injury. I emailed them immediately after the incident with all the details to the official company email but have not received an acknowledgement. I hope it's fixed. Decent services, good games. It's quite dark and "cave-like". Customers service was mediocre but no face masks in use. Very nice atmosphere where to take a drink and play or billiards. Probably the only place in JKL or at least in the city center. Prices are a bit high, but in line with other places in Finland.
