The entire process was pretty straightforward and took hardly few minutes based on the appointment slot. A big thanks to the entire team involved and kudos to all who participated. Our group had continuous bookings with Shoreline Leisure, but the way we were treated was shocking. Without notice, our times were suddenly taken away, leaving us scrambling to find alternatives. We had to spend our own money on equipment due to last-minute disruptions, all while watching other groups receive priority. The complete lack of communication and organization was infuriating, and the way we were sidelined feels like blatant discrimination. We deserve respect, not to be treated as an afterthought. Response to their comments below: Apologies and paying for us to play in another venue is THE LEAST they could do after all mismanagement and lack of consideration to our group. They are just lying on their response. We have been playing since November last year at the same day, same timeslot, consistently and even let clear that we would like to book A YEAR IN ADVANCE, what was not permitted by shoreline management. After been playing there for nearly a year, we arrived there one day to discover our timeslot was taken by another sports club, THAT HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO BOOK THE YEAR. If this is not discrimination, I don't really know what it is. They can write what they want on reviews responses to look well to outsiders, but I have all proof on emails and what they are saying is just a lie. I wonder if they do the same with other groups that can't complain or don't know how to do it. I really hope someone would look at this review here and so something about it, but I am pretty sure it won't happen. Great welcome at the reception with all the information we needed to know as we were coming for the first time with our baby girl. Family changing rooms were very convenient with changing tables and loads of space. The areas were spacious and adapted for each age/ abilities. And to finish a Great little cafe with delicious and nutritious food wait for you on your way out, with a good view to the area. Its a good gym and nice pool, but the showers are really not great. They smell and always have these tiny flies on the walls and doors Main gym is consistently disgustingly warm (24+ degrees) for a gym/weight room. Secondary room is smaller but better. Friendly, helpful staff, great facility, but the water temperature is way too hot for swimming. :( After you just don't feel that "refreshing" feeling. Putting the temperatures a bit lower would spare a huge amount of money for the facility, and also help the swimmers not to overheat and be able to train properly. There are 2 other pools for kids, so I don't see the reason why this pool is also as hot as those. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the of Shoreline Greystones. A place frequented by countless individuals and marked by significant multiculturalism deserves equally competent management, not someone indifferent to their responsibilities and duties, lacking even the most basic ethical or professional preparation. The manager made several promises to our group and failed to deliver on all of them. From the start, it was clear that we were treated differently, perhaps because we are foreigners. For anyone thinking of relying on their management, I sincerely hope you never have to depend on them for anything, because the chances of frustration are extremely high. Avoid this at all costs!
